Buying an ATV especially a good one with premium features is not a cheap proposition. Part of the reason why most people want an ATV but cannot or rather do not get one is the cost involved. A really fantastic ATV can come at a price upward of INR 20 Lacs and while this is a substantial amount to pay, the resulting product that one gets is well worth the money spent.

The best ATV’s in India come from Polaris and while they have some great premium options, the product range also caters to people who want the adrenalin rush but cannot pay bucket loads for it.

Keeping this in mind a really good option is the Polaris RZR 170 available in India at an ex showroom price of about INR 5 Lacs. Typically speaking the Polaris RZR price can go up to INR 24 Lacs and given this, the 5 Lacs is a solid deal.

Of course while the Polaris RZR 170 will not have the same features as what the upward model in India would, all things considered, it has been designed with significant features such as an electronic fuel injected 169cc engine and front and rear disc brakes. This model of the Polaris ATV is targeted towards the younger consumer and can be used by anyone over the age of ten.

The other option, albeit a little higher priced is the Polaris RZR S 800 at about INR 13.4 lacs. With great true sport acceleration, performance based long travel suspension and low center of gravity for true sport agility, this one is the best in the price range.

In the end the ATV chosen will depend upon the budget as well as the specific requirements. Once there is clarity on that, a proper choice can be made on the same.
